How to Freeze Dry Peppers

Today we freeze-dry a mix of items in the freeze dryer.
We try the Mandarin oranges again this time I put the juice in. I also put in some Green seedless grapes. Then we sauteed up some peppers and put them into the Freeze dryer.

👉We started getting Vacuum Error #9 and had a journey to fix it. This batch of apple sauce is our 3rd batch after fixing the Vacuum leak
