California tried to force those who challenged gun control laws to pay heavy legal fees

Gun control politicians in California tried to stop people from pushing back against unconstitutional gun laws by forcing anyone who sued the state for violating gun rights to pay court costs and legal fees if the state if they lose. A federal judge struck down the provision calling it tyrannical.
