Repping my old 1rm (see description)

People have been commenting that I do low reps, and that was for a reason!

By increasing my 1-3RM I increased my capacity which means I can now rep my former 1 rep max!

The goal is progressive overload. Now that my top strength is higher, we can load even more weight, perform even more reps, and build even more muscle!

Never been this big AND lean before with my health and body at 100%. Just watch, 2023 is going to be the best year of my life!

Bring on aging, I’ll get better every year!
