U.N. chief to hold 'no-nonsense' climate summit in 2023

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Monday (December 19) he will convene a "no-nonsense" climate ambition summit in September next year, and warned that there will be "no room for back-sliders, greenwashers, blame-shifters" or a repackaging of old pledges.
