ISS Captures Fleet of UFO?

If you start the source link up and watch at around 1:11 for around 5 minutes, this will eventually show up.

While loads of folks are saying this could be some kind of UFO fleet, I recall a few debunkers throughout the years stating that this could actually be some kind of lights from Earth being seen, as the ISS is viewing the dark side of Earth at the time these dark screens are happening, which to me is a pretty good explanation of what this could potentially be.

What you will notice here, is that these lights do not waver, or move in any way shape or form, they remain stationary as the ISS flies over top, recording.

Typically with any kind of ISS sighting - the Cams will go down pretty quickly and the signal will be interrupted, as is commonly reported by folks who watch the ISS feed like hawks, waiting to see something.
