Becker's Easy Eats Holiday Specials: Easy Chicken Macaroni Salad

Holiday is indeed the time for indulgence! Today, I am making this festive Chicken Macaroni Salad which is a perfect side dish to go with roast turkey, grilled meats or whatever you are serving on your holiday tables. It is also perfect for quick lunch or even snacking with a piece of bread!

EASY CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD

Ingredients:
200g uncooked salad macaroni
200g chicken breast
1 cup celery (finely chopped)
½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup carrots (finely chopped)
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)

Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
