On a recent bonus episode, we sat down with a crime analyst and formerly deputized FBI agent to review Maddox's answers to many pressing lolsuit questions. Among them was this gem, Maddox admitting to playing by "their rules", which he believes to be getting people fired under false pretenses by abusing the legal system--hence the lawsuit. This is known as malicious prosecution and what I believe will be the crux of Asterios' countersuit.
