A-10 Thunderbolt IIs assigned to the 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, conducted weapons testing on the Nevada Test and Training Range, Nevada, Dec 7, 2022.

The A-10 Thunderbolt II is the first Air Force aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces.
