Info from Licensor: "Our dog doesn’t like being home alone , but I was in a rush for work, so I left the slider door of the balcony open just in case he needed to use the restroom while we were gone. But as soon as we got to the car, we saw him near the edge of balcony. We tried having him jump to my husband, but the dog was scared. My husband went to go get him from inside the house but my dog panicked and he just jumped."
