One of the greatest actors of our time Matthew McConaughey gives us his thoughts on the three-strike rule. As an example, he speaks about his favorite superhero character the Incredible Hulk. And how the Hulk is a guy who tries to avoid trouble.

He does this by giving his enemies or attackers three chances to leave him alone. The first is a warning that he does not want any trouble. The second is that he needs to be left alone and you don't want to make him angry. The third time is the final time and by now it's too late. The Hulk turns green and smashes everything in his path. Three strikes and you are out!
