Parking Enforcement Tyrant's Daniel Witman & Wuhan Karen Shake Down a Target customer as she was entering her vehicle with her child. Daniel Witman & Wuhan Karen park illegally on a sidewalk in a red No Parking Fire Zone as they block customers from walking by and from cars attempting to pass as he approaches the Woman who was already getting into her vehicle and who clearly had a Handicap placard posted in her windshield. After finding out her placard expired two weeks ago he shows no compassion or discretion and gives her a ticket for $350 as she pleads with him that the DMV is still closed and she is unable to renew the placard as a result. He showed NO compassion or discretion so Joseph G.shows him none also as he shamed him for his hypocritical actions and made the Tyrant "Do The Walk of Shame". :)
