Environmental Impacts of our Game Investments and DAO

Forest Conservation:

Investments into Hemp Paper.

Producing paper out of hemp fiber instead of cutting down trees to make paper.

Pollution Reduction:

Investments into Hemp Biofuel.

Solid hemp produces 100 GJ/ha/y in energy equivalent.
Biofuel production from hemp has a lower concentration of heavy pollutants than traditional carbon fuel sources (e.g., diesel)

Plastic in Landfill Reduction:

Investments into Hemp Based Biodegradable Plastic.

Hemp biodegradable plastic reduces the amount of non-biodegrable plastics from entering our landfills. This biodegradable hemp plastic can be decomposed in a garden or any at home compost piles.

CO2 Sequestering:

Growing hemp is a carbon negative process that converts CO2 gas into plant tissues.

The DAO will be helping new hemp farmers, as well as, provide the community access to make investments in hemp byproducts such as Hemp concrete.

Up and down the supply chain, hemp production turns crops into cash, puts organic matter back into depleted soils and creates jobs.
