@ChaosControlVA The End Voiceover Reel (2022) (SPOILERS)

Hello guys! Today, I have a voiceover reel for The End (from Sonic Frontiers)! I know I haven't gotten to this point in my Sonic Frontiers playthrough, and I promise I will try to get back to that this week, but I just couldn't leave this character alone! He has such a cool dialogue (at the end of the game), and I knew I could pull some voice off for it. I have been experimenting with voice changers a lot as of late, and I felt like this character was the perfect public test for it! So anyways, this video will contain Spoilers for Sonic Frontiers; you have been warned! Now, when it comes to editing my lines, I had to make two copies of one recording and change the pitches for both of them. For one of them, I increased the pitch only slightly to make myself sound more like a female. This may be the first time I've ever gender-bended with my voice acting, and while it's not perfect, I do think I got close to it sounding good. As for the other copy of the recording, I decreased the pitch by a large amount, making me sound even more like a male, but one that is also booming, scary, and dominating. I do think it does its job with the aforementioned traits, however, it is slightly harder to understand what I'm saying, the audio can get a bit broken (I guess that's what you would call it), and what I'm pronouncing sounds a bit weird (1:28). I do apologize for all of this, but I'll try to fix this for future voice acting content. After editing the pitch, I merely put the two together into one big audio file and cut out the silent parts. I may share that file by itself to my Soundcloud page and/or my Voices.com page, but I guess we'll have to wait and see about that. Moving on, as for the editing of the video itself, the material for this was tricky, not just in its size when downloading, but also in terms of figuring out what scenes to use. Ultimately, I did not use all of The End's scenes, but I think the flashback scenes are enough on their own (along with the final boss footage, of course). Anyways, I gave this video a similar format as my previous Sonic character reel for this year, and I hope to continue using it for future reels. I also added some effects to The End's render to give it a bit of flair, such as a red aura around the render itself and some electricity around it! I hope you like that! I also figured out how to properly fade music to a quieter volume without just cutting, and I'm very proud of that! I hope to use that in future videos as well!
