In this video, we will see that the hiring practices at Winsor and others schools are there to weed out free thinkers and anyone not fully on board with a CRT/DEI agenda. Shockingly, DEI “directors”—after the pattern of communist commissars—oversee the hiring process to ensure ideological purity.

Teachers aren’t all on board with CRT/DEI, but when your hiring practices make is so only the true believers get through, a school will fall completely into line ideologically over time. Between woke hiring agencies and a hiring process overseen by CRT/DEI “directors” (commissars?), only the most ideological pure will be teachers, at the expense of actual education.
We can stop this process and maintain our teaching institutions as places that educate free-thinking, independent individuals who can think critically.
Winsor School has been a good school for a long time and has an excellent reputation for offering a top-notch education to girls and getting them into the top colleges. Of late, they have jumped into the CRT/DEI ideology with both feet, and this series of videos will show how much it has degraded educational philosophy and the philosophy of the Enlightenment generally.
This is not intended to single out Winsor School; there will be many similar videos in the future covering materials from many other schools.
