The biggest challenges facing Ukraine and Russia during winter warfare

WINTER is fully underway, with temperatures in Ukraine well below freezing and expected to drop as far as -20 degrees. Troops fighting on the ground are faced with new obstacles in the harsh conditions, while civilians face a crisis with restricted heating and power.

Military Ethics expert, Dr Marina Miron, a Researcher from King's College London told The Sun about the challenges facing both sides this winter.
