House Jan 6th Select Committee to hold final public hearing

The House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol will hold its final public hearing on Monday.

The committee will release its executive summary of its final report and members are expected to provide details on any criminal referrals it will make to the Justice Department.

The committee also may make other referrals of people who may have committed ethics or campaign finance violations.
