1. Earthing: Go ground yourself with the frequencies of Earth, by walking barefoot on mountains filled with soft grass, on the beach sand, forest trails, garden grass,, or simply on bare earth.
2. Go to swim in the sea, river, or lake for at least an hour, or take a bath in a bath tube for an hour and put bath sea salt in the water.
