WTF Sudden Heart attack at gym in uk at 8 a.m.????

This was taken from my flat at 8.00 a.m. when the car park at this gym is usually full.

The staff didn't seem to be in any panic to get someone to the hospital and they left quietly.
I would decifer this person died of the death jab as there was nothing in the media... however I have no other info
Regardless, its a great shot...
