INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs baking powder
salt and pepper to your taste ( i used just about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and a little over 1/4 tsp black pepper )
