Mobilization which failed: Russia cannot fulfill conscription plan regardless its massiveness

In Russia, the autumn conscription is ending. This year it was marked by massive raids on potential soldiers. Law enforcement officers were involved in the hunt for future conscripts: with their help, they established the location and movement of men of military age. To do this, authorities use billing phones and CCTV cameras in the subway. According to human rights activists, this has never happened before in Russia.
