Do you hip thrust?
I used to not be the biggest fan of these but recent data on its ability to target glutes changed my mind.
In a 2015 study, they were shown to target your glutes better than squats! By doing this it can help with hip flexor pain, knee and back issues and also give you a nicer butt.
My advice is to start your leg workout with something like deadlifts or squats, then do hip thrusts, then add in accessory work like leg press and leg extensions.
Do you do these often? If not, try them this week!
