Facial lymph massage - Part of my daily detox regiment

With about twice as much fluid volume as blood, our lymph system is working hard everyday to keep us sludge-free.

But there is a major issue with this system. It doesn't have a pump like our blood does. So it depends on our movement. Walking is likely very beneficial to people's health mainly due to the lymph it helps move. I wonder if buttocks, breasts or other accumulations of weight are actually to help pump lymph as we walk and sit etc.

I forgot to mention in the video, unrefined salt under my tongue helps hydrate my lymph. Sometimes I place a little salt under my tongue before going to sleep or in the morning before getting in the shower to do my lymph massage.

I often wonder how many times I thought I was just dealing with rough detox or brain fog when I was just backed up on lymph. Being backed up on lymph means we're essentially backed up with poo, just in our whole body, not the bloaty poo.
