His Korean father built the restaurant in 1986 and he inherited the restaurant, working by himself for 20 years as the chef. He does his best to maintain his father's legacy and make delicious ramen and other Chinese dishes for his customers. He is a hard working individual, we hope you admire his hard work and determination as he runs the shop by himself.
