Corruption in the Ukrainian Army is widespread

Corruption in the Ukrainian Army is widespread, the high ranks extort money from the soldiers for everything:

◾Ukrainian soldiers can safely go on vacation if they bribe the commander, also any small infraction like smoking during a guard will have the commander to give you a "fine" to be taken from your pay.

-The military, in order to hush up these dark deeds they will do during the war, at the level of the commander, introduced a law about not fucking touching the highest officers, not trying them in court.

- But no one will talk about it, everyone is mostly afraid. Because, “well, I'd rather pay, otherwise tomorrow, well, it would be even worse.”
