Protest against 2023 budget bill held in Rome

Led by the Democratic Party’s leader Enrico Letta, a rally was held in the Italian capital against the 2023 budget draft presented by country’s PM Giorgia Meloni’s. The protesters criticized the budget for being unable to tackle recession and inflation, and accused the government of targeting the poor.
