Fr. Frank Pavone:  So the light came into the world. Some preferred darkness.  That's the cause of division.  That's the cause of conflict.  And if you don't want to go into the light, because you're doing something wrong, maybe it's jealousy, maybe it's pride, maybe it's selfishness of some kind, and you're trying to stop somebody else from shining that light, you're not just going to try to avoid the light yourself, you're going to try to shut off the light that others are shining.
