Bokchoy, Let's Harvest 7May2022

Last fall we grew Spinach and it was sluggish to sprout but became a learning experience. This spring, we decided to plant more. I worked on my spacing and I am pleased with the results. Im sure they will taste great in salads and other dishes. Ill be sure to post how they get used..
