Ukrainian forces launch barrage of 40 rockets in strike on Donetsk

Ukrainian troops fired more than three dozen rockets at the regional capital, targeting the city's infrastructure and a kindergarten, according to local officials. RT's Roman Kosarev reports from the scene.
