B.F Skinner was a prominent American psychologist with a fascinating list of achievements based on his behavioral theories of operant conditioning, rate of response for learning in organisms. Among his many achievements, he also led the invention of eLearning in a way with his learning machines for corrective and formative feedback. In this episode, we talk to Carl Binder, the CEO of the Performance Thinking Network is former student of B.F. Skinner during his time at Harvard. We discussed Skinner's major contributions to education, learning and performance improvement.
