Do Kwon has proposed a plan to hard fork Terra Luna into a new chain. The old chain would be called Terra Luna Classic and the new chain would be called Terra Luna (and would not have UST). The plan would be to focus on building dApps on the new chain. But will Luna developers stay to build and will Terra 2.0 work or fail?
