Injured Moose in Yellowstone National Park
1 year ago
The aftermath of a wolf attack on a moose and her yearling calf. The attack took place in the Pebble Creek area of Yellowstone National Park in May, 2022.
After passing away, wolves and a grizzly bear fed on the carcass the following day. Since the attack occurred so close to the road, the park rangers hauled away the carcass the following day to prevent traffic jams.
