Hi, I'm Steph, In today's video, I share with you all the things that I need to get done before Christmas. Let's speed-clean the kitchen and get things cleaned up before we make lunch. I also told the kids we could make sugar cookies. We are a little addicited.

SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE FOR EASY REFERENCE:
ngredients:
1 ½ C sugar
1 C butter, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
4 C flour
Lemon zest from one lemon
Lemon juice from half a lemon
Instructions:
1. Cream sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking powder and flour; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. 2. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into shapes. 3. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
