Banded both KNEES OFF Frog to Handstand // School of Calisthenics

The strength needed for the frog to handstand can be tough and the progressions to build that strength of taking both knees off difficult at the start but essential to building the strength the press out into the tuck handstand. This exercise helps using the assistance tool of the band to help support you through that progression. We hope it helps - Let us know in the comments!
