Sam Houston Jones State Park Loop Trail

The Southwest Louisiana region was devastated by Hurricane Laura in August 2020, and the park had to be virtually rebuilt. The trails look very different now, but some previous sections still exist and many new ones have been created. As a result, the collection of the new and old trails have now created an 8.5 mile loop, which will be an excellent route to take moving forward.
