They never wanted Black ppl to have health care. It’s the reason free healthcare isn’t available in America now because we would have to get it too. Everything is rooted in Anti Black racism in America.

This same guy Fredrick Hoffman that wrote “Race Traits and Tendencies of the American Negro” for the insurance co. also wrote the first National crime statistics on Black people. To justify why Black folks shouldn’t have insurance. This began the use of crime stats against us
