FIRE TACOS?! Are they Spicy Mexican tacos? Today we are attempting a large Birria taco challenge. These famous tacos are known As dippy tacos, cheesy tacos, spicy beef tacos, and for being dipped in a consume (a flavored broth or soup often made with spices and beef fat ((but not today)). The street tacos are cooked on a very hot grill which fries the cheese and tortillas to make a crispy and crunchy, the perfect taco. The stewed beef is tender and juicy beef and rendered soft and they use a high quality ribeye steak / ribeye beef.. This texas sized Mexican food challenge had only a 30 minute time limit To get the meal for free and a sweet t-shirt. Taco Fuego (Or Fire tacos) Is some of Houston’s original Birria tacos and a very famous Texas food truck. Serving up hot and fresh and spicy cuisine featuring their famous spicy beef.
