Henry Cavill has been on a rollercoaster in regards to his career in the past few months. He announced he was back in the role of Superman that he and the public loved him in, only to have that ripped away from him by the new heads of DC, James Gunn and Peter Safran. They want to do a "younger" Superman story (ie. ANOTHER ORIGIN STORY), so Cavill will be scrapped from all future DC projects. Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is getting the same treatment, but Amber Heard is still going to be in Aquaman 2. DC/Warner Bros is the dumbest company on earth. HOW DO YOU KEEP FAILING WITH THE TWO MOST POPULAR COMIC BOOK CHARACTERS AT YOUR DISPOSAL???

WB's loss is Amazon's gain. After leaving Netflix's The Witcher over neglecting the source material, Cavill will be intimately involved with bringing the world of Warhammer 40,000 to life by starring in and producing the new project. This could be the beginning of a huge partnership as Amazon needs to wipe the Rings of Power stench off them and Cavill is steeped in good will. Knowing Amazon recently acquired MGM Studios, could this signal the dream James Bond casting everyone is hoping for? A boy can dream...
