2nd Spring Ichetucknee/Blue Hole Spring

The Rainbow River is beautiful clear water for long distances- KP hole is where people access to swim. I’ve kayaked it many times, I avoid the tubing season with the crowds tubing down the river. It’s fun to experience the tubing but I prefer kayaking during off season. Lots of scuba diving in the area. Gorgeous kayaking trip off season. You can park at the 484 boat launch in Dunnelon and kayak up stream 7 miles then drift back down. Cool restaurant at the 484 entrance where all the tubers exit from the KP launch. A bus drives them back to KP hole.
