In Defense of My Opposition to the Wagner Act

I defend my opposition to certain provisions of the Wagner Act (the National Labor Relations Act of 1935), against criticism levied by Charles Paidock of the College of Complexes.

[Note: As of 2022, my views on compulsory negotiation have changed slightly; while I do not support majority unionism, it is acceptable to "compel" negotiation through law, but only if and when violence is the only alternative to such negotiation.]
