These things happened.

Walter Summerford, was struck by lightning. Six years later, he was struck by lightning again. Six years after that, struck by lightning again. He died two years later, but four years after that. So six years after his last lightning attack, his grave was, you guessed it, struck by lightning. Electric bones!

In 1938, a baby fell out of a fourth floor window and onto a man sweeping the street named Joseph Figlock. They were both injured, but survived. A year later, the same baby fell out of the same window and was caught by the same guy: Joseph Figlock! Is that a coincidence or bad parenting?

Mark Twain was born on the day of the appearance of Halley's Comet in 1835. In 1909, Mark Twain himself predicted he would die when the comet reappeared. He said, "I came in with Halley's Comet in 1835. It's coming again next year and I expect to go out with it." Was he right? He was right. Halley's Comet returned in 1910 and Mark Twain died a day later.
