C:\Program Files (x86)

On old CPU:
Copied the following files to a USB Stick:

Kodak

WIBUKEY

WIBU-SYSTEMS

On New CPU:

Installed the Picture Saver System Program,

Rebooted the New CPU.

Went into the C:\Program Files (x86) folder.
I then Pasted the contents of the USB Drive (Kodak, WIBUKEY, WIBU-SYSTEMS Folders)
To the New CPU C:\Program Files (x86) folder, overriding the installed folder.

I then Rebooted the New CPU.

I then re-installed the Picture Saver System Program, rebooted, and that was it, the program started working.

Kodak PS50 Overview
The PS50 Picture Saver Scanning System from Kodak features a 600 dpi scan resolution and a 48-bit color depth. The PS50 can scan 4.0 x 6.0” photos at up to 50 per minute. Kodak’s Perfect Touch technology performs retouching and color correction as you scan. It also includes auto deskew, auto cropping, and post-scan image sharpening.
