Ukrainian forces shell residential area of Russian-controlled Donetsk

Ukrainian forces shelled the Russian-controlled eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk, Russian-installed officials in the annexed areas said on Saturday (December 17).

Three people were wounded in the shelling which hit the Budyonnivskyi district of the city, Russian-backed self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said in their Telegram channel.

People could be seen clearing rubble from debris-strewn house that was damaged in the shelling.
