Meaning-centred narrative therapy (MCNT), as a form of neo-logotherapy and existential analysis, integrates cognitive behavioral practices and narrative therapy. Throughout this workshop, participants will have opportunities to interact with the presenter. Small groups will be formed and worksheets provided to facilitate learning of the basic skills of MCNT.

Educational Objectives:
1) Introducing the principles and practices of MCNT.
2) Demonstrating how MCNT goes beyond changing the client's dysfunctioning schemas and aims at a deeper change process at the emotional, existential, and spiritual levels.
