Music megastar Robbie Williams recently gave Anna Brees the above, heartfelt, insightful and courageous interview. In this interview Robbie talks about the confusion and despair he currently feels with regard to some online content - specifically content connected to material accusing powerful politicians and high-profile celebrities of sexual child abuse. Like many other people on the internet Robbie is of the opinion that mainstream-media journalists are attempting to dismiss such stories as ‘debunked conspiracy theories’ without doing the required research to adequately discredit such stories. As such, he feels, they are preventing the public from finding out the real and essential truth.

In part of the above interview, Robbie discusses how the music industry has been targeted with accusations and states that he feels the allegations won’t go away unless they are addressed. Specifically he discusses the direct accusations made against himself with regard to satanic symbolism and child sexual abuse.

Despite the confusion and despair that all of this has made him feel, Robbie affirms that he still believes the internet has the power to educate and enlighten people - counselling to approach content with an open mind: he also underlines the importance of not rushing to conclusions. At a personal level Robbie regards himself as an ‘interested bystander’.
