The Key Biscayne Yacht Club, under the direction of Maru Urban, Head Sailing Coach, holds yearly clinics where they invite top laser sailors to come down and coach up-and-coming laser sailors. This video was recorded in the winter sailing season of 2021, in which we were blessed with the wind to be up and the waves to be down. I learn a tough lesson about capsizing and resetting your controls. There are upwind, reaching, and downwind sailing drills in beautiful Biscayne Bay, Miami, Florida.
