upgrading the cheapest new build UK upgraded with amd £75 gpu , all amd Will it play COD warzone?

Because the graphics card is too big its out of the box, looking for a gaming pc case so it fits, also looking forwards this week swapping out the cpu. brand new pcie3 gen 6/12 cpu from amd coming next. this will bring the build price up to 435 pounds. The gpu is a 4gb pcie 3 generation asus built AMD "R9 380", second hand gpu for only 75 gbp. Astonishing performance upgrade. looking forward to the amd ryzen 5 4045. probably the last brand new amd cpu chip of that generation. expecting similar increase in performance again when the new cpu upgrades arrive this next week on the basic metarials trial projects
