Republican Tom McClintock spoke out against a bill that passed the House to move closer to enshrining Puerto Rico in Statehood because he claims not enough Puerto Ricans speak fluent english. McClintock then asks: "How does it benefit America to admit a state that would be the most indebted, uneducated, poorest, and least-employed state in the nation?"
