Cold water Plunge Discovery - Wim Hoff's Pole twist does it work? Yes

So I thought I would experiment with something I saw Wim Hoff do when he was doing his accelerated adaptation stuff in one of the videos he did with some youtubers. It was them doing 100 rotations of a 10kg bar. I had a tree branch so thought I would try this to see if it increased circulation and resistance time in the hands. I think it did after doing 100 rotations (although the branch was long so I hit the ground a few times) my hands actually did feel warmer even in wet gloves. My hands did get cold in the water first again but I noticed they recovered a little faster. Based on this initial test I think that this method does increase bloodflow in the hands for a period after performing the exercise. I am not sure how much for how long but I think it serves as a warm up exercise for the hands.
