President Biden calls for veterans to use PACT Act benefits

At a Delaware National Guard Reserve Center named for his son, Beau who died of brain cancer President Joe Biden urged veterans to sign up for benefits he says could save lives. The promise to address comprehensive toxics or PACT Act aims to make it easier for veterans who believe they were exposed to toxins such as hazardous chemicals and burn pits during their service to apply for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
