Could the Alien Reproduction Vehicle be REAL? How the UFO “works”

According to Mark McCandlish the “Alien Reproduction Vehicle” or “ARV” is a simple 4-person spacecraft that was allegedly developed by the US government.

One of the many intriguing aspects of the ARV is its alleged use of a Tesla coil for propulsion. This would allow the spacecraft to hover and move “faster than light” using electrogravitics. The alleged propulsion is a combination of the Biefeld-brown effect, the tesla coil, and a mercury vortex engine.

McCandlish claims that his friend Bob Sorenson had firsthand knowledge of the ARV and its capabilities, having reportedly seen three of these vehicles in operation at an Airshow in 1988.
